My Boss Mishandled My Maternity Leave — How I Fought Back and Won

I requested 12 weeks of fully paid maternity leave, and my boss approved it, making me feel relieved and supported during such a life-changing moment. Everything seemed perfect, and I began preparing for the arrival of my baby with a sense of security.
