Confused, I stepped outside. “Hey, did I miss something? Why are you mowing my yard?” He looked up, a bit nervous. “I mow for some people around here. They usually give me fifty bucks.” “FIFTY?” I raised an eyebrow. “Yeah. I mean… I’d be okay with ten, honestly. But my mom says I should always ask for fifty.
